Instruction Course

Course Overview:
During this 3-session course, you'll learn the Sympto-Thermal Method of NFP as taught by the Couple to Couple League (www.ccli.org) — one of the most effective methods of achieving or postponing pregnancy without drugs or side effects. Each course consists of three classes (2 1/2 hours each) spaced about a month apart. Class format is built around the CCL NFP DVD presentation and hands-on chart analysis.

Supplemental courses are available to address specific situations: Postpartum and Pre-menopause.

$135 fee covers all 3 sessions and includes:

• The Art of Natural Family Planning Student Guide
• Fertility, Cycles, and Nutrition, 4th Edition
• Digital Basal thermometer
• Virtual Library CD with articles and presentations on a variety of topics
• A blank chart booklet
• A year-long subscription to the bi-monthly CCL magazine (Family Foundations)
• Access to the members-only area of the CCL website
• Personal consultation by phone or email

 Couple to Couple League annual membership renewal ($35) allows members to continue receiving the Family Foundations magazine, access to the members-only area of the website and to continue consultation by phone or email from instructors or the League.
