Course Overview:
During this 4-session course, you'll learn everything you need to know about the Sympto-Thermal Method of NFP — one of the most effective methods of achieving or postponing pregnancy without drugs or side effects. Each course consists of four classes spaced about a month apart. Each of the classes is about 2 hours in length (first class is ~3 hours). Class format is group presentation, private consultation, and hands-on chart analysis.
